Mrs Constance Harping (61) of Cack Lane, Brampton, has formed a local action group in an attempt to clear the streets of vagrants and homeless people. The Homeless And Tramp Expulsion group was formed two weeks ago after Mrs Harping caught one of them stealing food from her dustbin. "I don't pay my income tax for this sort of thing", she shouted at our reporter, "Our group has posted dozens of letters to them threatening prosecution if this type of misdemeanour continues. Poor people have no right to be wandering round nice areas, they obviously can't afford it, and besides, it upsets Bonzo our cat; his flatulence has been most noxious lately, and his droppings highly pungent". ***** |
