by Anne Coe There has finally been a success for the residents of Clog Lane, who have complained many times to the local council about the muffled shrieks of pain and other disturbing noises emanating from the windows of the Right, Wight and Mengele dental practice on the same lane. Mrs Maureen Crab (58) stated; "I don't know what's going on inside but it's unnerving hearing groans and wailing noises all day." Fellow neighbour Mrs Ida Nighdear (63) added; "It would be best if they got experienced staff in, after all it's only a practice, it says so on the sign outside." After enquiries from our reporter, a spokesman from the company said; "We have agreed to invest in an air conditioning unit and will in future keep the windows closed." ***** |
